Do I need an account to place order?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your LTD account:

– Track your orders and view previous purchases

– Receive points and rewards by joining our loyalty program

– Add items and sold out products to your Wish List

– Save your address details for a smoother checkout process on your next order

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password?’ link on the ‘Sign in’ page.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different variation of an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order. 

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please call our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer price adjustment on sale items?

We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a seasonal sale. Please be aware that the exact model and variation must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.

All approved price changes will be credited to your LTD account as store credit. This is valid for 12 months and can be deducted at checkout when you next place an order.

Please note, we are unable to offer a price adjustment on further reductions or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

If you notice a change in the price of an item you purchased, please call our Customer Care Team and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your products and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right corner of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the “mini bag” at any time.

When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our simple checkout process. If you have any problems, please contact customer care by using our email

Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?

Yes you can email us to pay by invoice or bank transfer.

How do I find a specific product?

If you know the product you are looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the Shop menu, or by the brand under withing the shop category. You will find further filter options on the left-hand-side menu on the Shop page. Throughout the site, there is also a search function.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Most items shown are in stock. When you roll over a product, the ‘Quick View’ button allows you to see a brief description and availability. If a product is sold out and we will no longer receive this item again, the product will be removed from our page. If a ‘Backorder’ sign appears above the product, this means the item is temporarily out of stock. You can choose to wait for us to receive stocks or place a backorder which requires 50% deposit payment at the time of order and 70% upon arrival of your order. New release products that are not yet in stock are marked ‘Pre-Order’: you can pre-book your unit similarly to backorder by paying a 50% deposit as quantities are limited.
