Product exactly as shown. Item was posted on the same day as the order because i needed it quickly and i used Volt, but courier (DHL did not deliver item for 7 days. Phonesrefurb had excellent communication and quickly followed up with courier regarding delivery issue.

Great communication during process. However console has not arrived reset and has an admin password attached to it preventing reset. It is unusable as such. Have message seller and await redress. Hoping for more postive communication from them. Fingers crossed.
