What happens after ordering?

We will allocate your order, package it, label it, and send it off by our courier to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our system generates an automatic order confirmation once you’ve placed your order, if you don’t see it, please make sure to check your spam folder too. Still not there? Reach out to us here.

I received a defective product what do i do?

Please reach back to us as soon as you recognize something’s wrong with your product. You can contact us here.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

Issues on our courier service side and national holidays, payment verification, courier delays or natural disaster.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

Delivery takes between 2-5 or 2 – 7 days working days, depending where in the world we’re shipping to. Kindly be aware that sometimes this might take longer due to some other situation such as payment on-hold, natural circumstances like weather condition or others.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from UK, USA, & UAE Occasionally we ship from outside these mentioned regions based on availability.

Do you accept international cards?

Yes, we process international credit cards through PayPal, SquadCo Debit & Credit card.

Do you charge sales tax?

When ordering from a European business, all sales taxes are displayed along with the item price, no additional tax is paid to us. However, your country may charge you tax/toll or handling fees.

What are tax, duties, do i have to pay them?
  • VAT is paid for EU and UK.
  • When an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country import laws.
  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
  • By placing an international order which ships outside of EU and UK, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
What is the Return Policy?

Our return policy allows you to return any product within 30 days of having received it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. We offer free returns on all our products.

I want to return my purchase! What do i do?

If you don’t love the product you have bought from us, we’ll take it back.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@phonesrefurb.com or use the contact form on our Contact page as soon as possible. We will then make all the necessary arrangements. IMPORTANT: We do not return or refund purchases made by mistake, if you do not agree to this, do not buy or shop from us.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes you can. If you wish to exchange a product, first you need to return the product you purchased to us, then we will issue you a store credit to use on your account. Once you receive the store credit you can use it withing 6months to make a new purchase.

What is warranty period?

All our products have at least 1 Years Warranty period. You can find more information about the warranty on our Terms & Conditions page.
