At Phonesrefurb.com, we provide quality-checked refurbished devices. This 12-Month Limited Warranty applies to eligible devices and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
This warranty grants specific rights to the purchaser while reserving all applicable rights of Phonesrefurb.com as the seller.
1. Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty covers eligible hardware faults for 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to inspection and verification by Phonesrefurb.com.
2. Warranty Scope & Seller Rights
This warranty covers verifiable hardware defects caused by refurbishment or manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions, as determined solely by Phonesrefurb.com.
Covered faults may include:
- Device not powering on (covered for 30 days only)
- Camera hardware failure
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular connectivity faults
Seller Remedies (At Our Discretion)
If a covered fault is confirmed, Phonesrefurb.com reserves the exclusive right to:
- Repair the device using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the device with the same or equivalent model
- Offer a trade-in or buyback value
- Decline the claim if the fault is not covered or cannot be verified
The choice of remedy is solely determined by Phonesrefurb.com, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
3. Exclusions & Seller Protections
This warranty does not cover, and Phonesrefurb.com is not liable for:
- Accidental, deliberate, or impact damage
- Display, screen, LCD, or digitizer damage
- Liquid or corrosion damage (including humidity exposure)
- Cosmetic deterioration after delivery
- Normal battery degradation
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Devices showing signs of tampering, unauthorized repair, or modification
- Rooted, jailbroken, or software-altered devices
- Software or operating system issues not directly linked to hardware failure
- Loss of data or personal content
Any device returned in a condition inconsistent with normal consumer use may have its warranty voided.
4. Battery Coverage
Batteries are consumable items and are covered for 30 days from delivery against confirmed refurbishment or manufacturer defects only.
- Battery capacity reduction through normal use is excluded
- Battery performance is assessed according to refurbished industry standards
- Phonesrefurb.com retains final authority in battery fault determinations
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a claim:
- Contact Phonesrefurb.com Support with your order number
- Provide detailed fault descriptions, including images and videos
- Follow all troubleshooting instructions provided
- Return the device for inspection if requested
All returned devices undergo technical inspection. Claims may be rejected if faults are not reproduced or are outside warranty scope.
6. Shipping & Risk Allocation
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs outside the 14days return policy.
- Return labels may be requested; costs remain payable by the customer outside the 14days return policy
- Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer
- Devices must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage
Phonesrefurb.com is not liable for damage incurred during return shipping.
7. Replacement Devices
- Replacement devices are provided only where deemed appropriate
- Devices may not be of equal or greater specification without additional cost
- Warranty duration continues from the original purchase date
8. Refunds, Buybacks & Valuation Rights
Refunds or buybacks are issued only where repair or replacement is not viable.

- Buyback values are assessed based on condition, usage, and market value
- Processing timeframe: 7–21 business days after approval
Phonesrefurb.com retains sole discretion over valuation decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Liability is capped at the original purchase price
- Phonesrefurb.com is not responsible for data loss or third-party claims
