I've waited almost 3 weeks for my delivery to arrive. The item was slightly damaged from handling during delivery, it wasn't factory reset, the storage capacity was 1/4 of what it was supposed to be and I didn't get a UK charger.
But email support responded within 1 hour. Still waiting for a decision on how to solve the problems though.
