Great communication during process. However console has not arrived reset and has an admin password attached to it preventing reset. It is unusable as such. Have message seller and await redress. Hoping for more postive communication from them. Fingers crossed.

The purchased this laptop in order to do my uni work, all the other websites I looked at were far more expensive. I was a bit hesitant at first with purchasing on Phonesrefurb as it had mixed reviews but I took my chances and ordered, I’m so glad I did so. I did have an issue with payment but that was all sorted out thanks to Maya, she has great customer service. The laptop is in excellent condition only like a few faint scratches and runs smoothly. My Galaxy Tab S9 fe arrived totally undistinguishable from a brand new product, both from the packaging and the pristine condition of the tablet itself.
