Delayed delivery, customer support lied
The phone arrived much later than the estimated delivery time quoted when I bought the phone (about a week later). I had to chase customer support on 3 occasions to get updates and each time I was told you should receive an update within 48 hours. On the last update they told me that the phone was already with the courier, but when I eventually got tracking details from the courier it showed that they hadn't even submitted paperwork to the courier at that point, let alone sent the phone.
Delays and mistakes happen, but don't lie to me to try to placate me.
When the phone arrived it was fine. A bit annoying to receive an American charger when ordering from the UK though...
Oh and the chosen courier 'attempted' delivery the first time, but their photo showed the driver hadn't even left their van.
Overall not very impressed, I've had much better service from Handtec and other competitors in the past.
