How is this possible

I would like to see if they will take any responsibility for what was obviously their mistake.
First of all I was quoted delivery time between 10th and 18th October, Ended up receiving the phone on 28th.
Even that I could live with.
But the fact that I ordered Emerald Green phone and received the black phone which I didn't want is quite upsetting.
